• Picked up Shadowhunters because it had a built-in fanbase that would give them domestic ratings and a stronger lead-in for their own original series
  
• Promoted Shadowhunters into being their most expensive show then took a year to air season two
  
• Didn’t promote season three at all in the months leading up to it after yet another almost year-long hiatus 
  
• Forced a ratings sabotage because they were done with Shadowhunters 
  
• Tried to get their sugar daddy Netflix to go back on part of the deal and let them produce fewer episodes of Shadowhunters so they could focus on their own shows that have shitty ratings 
  
• Invited cast members to the upfronts without telling them the show would possibly be axed
  
• Made the cast promote their other shows while still not telling them their show was over
  
• Purposefully pushed back 3b so that negotiations for any other network to pick up the show would be nearly impossible to get done in a timely manner, meaning fans will possibly have to wait until 2020 to get season 4 anywhere
  
• Ordered a movie finale so fans could have closure so networks would have to try even harder to write around canon, making them less inclined to pick up the series unless it’s a reboot or spin-off
  
• Lied and said the show was canceled PURELY because of money when in reality, it could’ve taken a budget cut AND we’ve since learned that it was actually canceled because Netflix stopped backing it DUE TO FREEFORM trying to break their contract terms.
  
• Are going to air a Halloween episode in fucking March 
• Told the cast about the cancelation after making graphics, press release contacts, and already deciding to shift 3b to spring 2019
• Canceled their huge, GLAAD award winning LGBT+ series - with only of the only stated asexual characters on TV - during Pride month and had the nerve to leave the Pride icon on their twitter and Malec as their pinned tweet 
• Ignored fans for over a week, ignored 5 million tweets asking them to at least put 3b back in August so we won’t have to wait as long for the new network to start season 4
• Hasn’t used the Shadowhunters account since the announcement
• Posted about the Fosters getting TCA nominations but nothing about Shadowhunters getting FIVE in the first round of nom’s
• Said they wanted Shadowhunters to be like their SPN (aka the staple show of the network) but went and treated the show, the cast, the crew, the writers, the fandom, LGBT+ people, PoC, Netflix, and Constantin like trash
